We enjoyed a lovely getaway with two couples, delighting in fresh, hearty meals at the cozy bar area. The hotel's close proximity to Chesterfield meant we could stroll the market town and enjoy some charming shops. The staff were welcoming and attentive.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the hotel provided more family-friendly entertainment options for kids.

the room was super clean n nice, had everything i needed. access was easy peasy, n the lady at the front desk was so friendly, it felt like home! she was doing all the work but still made me feel welcomed. perfect location too, just a short drive from the motorway.

only thing that bugged me was the breakfast, coulda been better. also, the noise from the corridor was a bit much at times.

We stayed for 3 nights and loved it! The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was decent, especially the full English. Our room was a bit small but cozy, and we really appreciated having our car parked right outside. The only thing was that parking can get a bit tight during busy times.

It did get noisy at night because of an event happening, which made it hard to sleep at times. Even though I was excited about the onsite bar, it closed at 10, so I couldn’t enjoy a late-night drink after all my plans for the evening. it was a solid stay, but a few tweaks could make it much better.
